Rules For Admission

- Eligible candidates are advised to submit a duly-filled in Application Form along with necessary documents by the due date as given on the notice board.
- Admission will be treated as final only when fee has been deposited, If the fee is not deposited by the due date the admission will be treated as cancelled.
- Please obtain your Fee Deposit Receipt and keep it safely. It may be needed from time to time.
- In transfer cases regular students may also be admitted to Pt.II, Subject to their eligibility of University of Rajasthan,Jaipur.
- The Advisory Committee will guide and help the students as and when needed.
- Non commerce students seeking admission in M.A. course will be required to qualify the Book Keeping subject of University exam.

The application form must be accompanied by the following documents : (For fresh students)

- i) Original & two photocopy of Graduation Mark Sheet (For PG Courses).
- ii) Original & two photocopy of Secondary Examination Mark Sheet.
- iii) Original & two photocopy of Qualifying Examination Mark Sheet.
- iv) Original Transfer Certificate from the institution last attended.
- v) Original Character Certificate from the previous institution.
- vi) Original Migration Certificate (other than the students from the Rajasthan Board).
- vii) Four passport size recent colored photographs.
- viii) Two Photocopy of Caste Certificate Bonafied certificate.
- ix) Two self addressed & Stamped envelops at the time of admission (I,II and III year).
- x) One photocopy of Aadhar Card.

Eligibility For Admission

- 1)For M.A., the candidate must have secured 50% marks in graduation from any stream.
- 2)For B.A./ M.A./B.Sc., Senior Secondary (10+2) or any equivalent examination from any recognized Board/University with at least 50% marks.
- 3)Admission Policy will be followed as per the rules of University of Kota and State Govt. of Rajasthan.

Cancellation of admission

- 1) The College reserves its right to cancel the admission of a candidate under any of the following circumstances:
(a) If the candidate fails to furnish the proof of the stipulated minimum qualifications.
(b) If any of the document (s) submitted by the candidate to the college is found to be forged, fabricated or false, during the period of study.
(c) If the attendance is not as per the required norms, the student will be treated as a private candidate by University of Kota.
- 2) Non-refund of fee: All fee once deposited will not be refunded under any circumstances.
